Question 1

What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

Accepted Answer

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

Question 2

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Question 3

Does iHeartRaves ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

Question 4

How do I find the right size at iHeartRaves?

Accepted Answer

Most iHeartRaves product pages include a size chart with garment measurements, and many styles also show the model's measurements and the size they are wearing for comparison. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Support@iHeartRaves.com for a recommendation.

Question 5

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Accepted Answer

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.

Question 6

What kinds of bottoms does iHeartRaves sell?

Accepted Answer

Over 200 styles — booty shorts (cheeky, high-waisted, micro, mesh, cutout, and fluffy), skirts and skorts, bell bottoms, cargo joggers, and chaps.

Question 7

What are the rave shorts made of and do they hold up?

Accepted Answer

Most use a spandex- or polyester-blend with four-way stretch that returns to shape even after being packed in a backpack for three days, with flatlock seams that sit flat against the skin. The crochet festival bottoms are hand-made open-knit pieces with ties, so they get their fit from the tie rather than the stretch.

Question 8

Will the printed shorts fade?

Accepted Answer

No — the prints are applied with sublimation, so the color is embedded in the fabric rather than sitting on top, and the shorts are pre-washed so the sizing stays stable.

Question 9

What sizes do the booty shorts come in?

Accepted Answer

Sizing varies by style and runs a little small, so check each product's size chart. Many styles are cut for extended sizing and plus sizes are available (up through 3X on many styles).

Question 10

How should I size booty shorts?

Accepted Answer

For stretch booty cuts, size by your hip measurement, not your waist, since the hip sets the limit — and if you're between sizes, go up. Drawstring and sweat shorts size by the waist, so use the chart on that page.

Question 11

How much coverage do booty shorts give?

Accepted Answer

Booty shorts are cheeky with low coverage. For more, high-waisted styles have a longer rise that stays put through hours of dancing, and the drawstring shorts, sweat shorts, biker-length styles, bell bottoms, or cargo joggers cover more.

Question 12

What's the difference between mesh and fluffy booty shorts?

Accepted Answer

Mesh shorts add texture and visual depth without any warmth — great for layering or wearing alone. Fluffy shorts add warmth for cold desert nights, like Lost Lands in October.

Question 13

Which shorts are best for a hot daytime festival?

Accepted Answer

Cheeky booty shorts show a little of the back without full exposure, which makes them the sweet spot for daytime festivals where you're outdoors for hours.

Question 14

How do I wash rave shorts?

Accepted Answer

Most shorts: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then line dry or tumble dry on low heat. The reflective, crochet, and rhinestone pairs are hand wash cold and line dry, which keeps the finish crisp. The product page lists the routine for each pair.

Question 15

How much do booty shorts cost?

Accepted Answer

They start under $30, with most high-waisted and mesh styles in the $35–$55 range, and shipping is free on orders over $80.

Question 16

Can I actually dance in these?

Accepted Answer

That's the whole point. Most pairs are cut from soft, stretchy fabric "made to move in" — and a lot are double-layered or double-lined, so nothing pulls or pinches when you're jumping through the drop. They hug and move with you, sunset to sunrise.

Question 17

How do they stay up — waistband or ties?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the style. A lot ride on an elastic or thick high-rise waistband, some with drawstring ties. Others use adjustable side lace-up panels, side strings, or leg garters so you cinch the fit yourself. No zippers to fight. Check the specific pair for which.

Question 18

Can I adjust the fit?

Accepted Answer

On a ton of styles, yes. Adjustable side ties, lace-up panels, and garter straps let you dial the cut higher or lower and tighten to your body. One pair even goes fully reversible and switches between low- and high-waisted depending on your mood.

Question 19

How much do they cover — are they all cheeky?

Accepted Answer

Ranges by style. Plenty are cheeky or high-cut booty shorts; others are tagged mid- or full-coverage. Several are double-lined or built with a solid piece underneath, so you stay covered while you move.

Question 20

Are the mesh or fishnet pairs see-through?

Accepted Answer

The mesh and fishnet styles are sheer by design — but many are lined or built over a solid base (mesh on top, coverage underneath), so you get the look without the exposure. Solid styles aren't sheer. Lining varies by pair, so check the product page.

Question 21

What are they made of?

Accepted Answer

Most are a soft stretch blend "made to move in" — exact composition varies by style. A few spell it out: one is 85% recycled nylon / 15% spandex, the overalls run cotton blends, and the sequin fairy dress is a sequin-on-mesh build. For the precise blend, check the product page.

Question 22

What do I wear these with?

Accepted Answer

A lot of pairs have a matching top and are built as a set — grab both for a done-in-one fit. Or go solo and style them with a bralette, a mesh cover-up, fishnets, and platform boots. Booty shorts are the easiest base layer in your festival bag.

Question 23

How do I wash them?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash cold and hang or line dry. Skip the dryer, don't bleach, and don't dry clean. That protects the stretch plus any chains, sequins, reflective print, or lace trim.

Question 24

Are these a good deal?

Accepted Answer

The lineup runs $9.95 to $74.95 — a pair for a last-minute add-on and a splurge statement piece alike. And since a lot come with a matching top as a set, you're buying a whole festival look, not just a bottom.

Question 25

Will I roast in these at an outdoor fest?

Accepted Answer

Nope — kind of the point. Breathable, lightweight stretch fabric keeps air moving when you're dancing through a 90-degree afternoon set, whether it's a cheeky cut or a full-coverage mini like the Level Up. No swampy leggings.

Question 26

How do the reflective pairs work?

Accepted Answer

The reflective styles flash bright when a camera flash or stage light hits them, so you pop in every photo. In normal daylight they read as a subtle print; hit them with a flash and they light up.

Question 27

What festivals are these made for?

Accepted Answer

Built for the big ones — EDC, Electric Forest, Coachella, Beyond Wonderland — plus afters, concerts, and camp weekends. Long days of walking, dancing, and sitting in the grass.

Question 28

Booty shorts or a festival skirt — which should I grab?

Accepted Answer

Both work — it comes down to the look you're after. Shorts give you total freedom of movement for jumping and shoulder rides, and within shorts, cheeky high-cut pairs show more skin while mid- and full-coverage or double-lined pairs are built for all-day wear. A skirt brings movement and drama, and lifts easily for a quick bathroom run. Can't decide? A couple of styles, like Lucid Flight, come as a skirt-and-shorts set so you get both.

Question 29

How quick are booty shorts for a bathroom run?

Accepted Answer

Fast. The pull-on elastic and tie/garter styles go up and down in seconds — no zippers involved. And the adjustable ties let you re-cinch on the fly if you want the fit tighter while you dance.
