Question 1

What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

Accepted Answer

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

Question 2

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Question 3

Does iHeartRaves ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

Question 4

How do I find the right size at iHeartRaves?

Accepted Answer

Most iHeartRaves product pages include a size chart with garment measurements, and many styles also show the model's measurements and the size they are wearing for comparison. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Support@iHeartRaves.com for a recommendation.

Question 5

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Accepted Answer

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.

Question 6

What does a neon / UV-reactive piece look like?

Accepted Answer

Electric, hi-vis color — glowing greens, hot pinks, blazing oranges that already look loud in daylight. Then blacklight hits, the pigments drink it up, and the whole style looks lit from the inside. Turned all the way up.

Question 7

What events is a neon / UV-reactive style best for?

Accepted Answer

Blacklight parties and night sets — warehouse afters, the psytrance tent, any room running UV rigs. Darker the room, harder it pops. Daytime main stage isn't where this one shines; save it for after dark.

Question 8

What do I pair with a UV-reactive style?

Accepted Answer

Black base first, so nothing fights the color. Then pile on UV body paint, glow kandi, and reactive accessories — every glowing piece makes the next one hit harder. There's no such thing as too much under blacklight.

Question 9

Who is this style for?

Accepted Answer

The blacklight-and-night crowd. Ravers who live for the afters, the UV tent, and rooms lit by blacklight instead of stage sun.

Question 10

Does it actually glow under blacklight?

Accepted Answer

Neon, UV-reactive styles do — the pigments fluoresce the moment blacklight hits them, so the color throws its own glow. Reflective styles work differently: they bounce stage lights and lasers back at the crowd instead of glowing on their own. The product page tells you which finish you're getting, and the two stack beautifully together.

Question 11

Does it photograph well?

Accepted Answer

Under UV, unreal. Cameras lock onto that fluorescent glow, so you read bright and sharp in a black room where regular fits vanish into the dark. Night photos that actually come out.

Question 12

How's this different from a holographic style?

Accepted Answer

Holo reflects the room — lasers, stage beams, a phone flash. Neon UV makes its own light under blacklight. One bounces the light back at you; the other glows on its own. Want to own a dark, UV-lit room? Go neon.

Question 13

How much does it cover?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the cut, not the color. Coverage rides on whatever base piece the neon finish sits on — full-coverage to barely-there. The glow does its thing either way.

Question 14

Does iHeartRaves sell rave dresses?

Accepted Answer

Yes — rave and festival dresses live in the Rave Bodysuits, One-Pieces & Rave Dresses collection, alongside the one-piece styles. Within that collection, the dress and long-sleeve styles are the higher-coverage options.

Question 15

Why choose a dress over a bodysuit?

Accepted Answer

For more coverage — within this collection the dress styles cover more than the cheekier bodysuit and cut-out cuts, so they're the pick if you want a festival look with less skin on show. Some dresses come as a set with matching pieces, so the whole look arrives in one bag.

Question 16

What sizes do the rave dresses come in?

Accepted Answer

The collection runs XS through plus sizes (1X–3X); exact availability varies by style, so check each product's size chart.

Question 17

Where can I wear a rave dress?

Accepted Answer

Festivals, raves, EDM shows, and club nights — the same events the rest of the collection is built for, from mainstage to afters.

Question 18

Are the rave dresses stretchy enough to dance in?

Accepted Answer

The collection is built around breathable, four-way-stretch fabrics made to move with you on the dance floor. Fabric varies by dress style, so check the product page for the specific material.

Question 19

Do the rave dresses glow under blacklight?

Accepted Answer

Many of the collection's colors are UV-reactive and pop under blacklight — neon and white especially. Whether a specific dress glows depends on its color and fabric, so check the product details.

Question 20

What styles of rave dress does iHeartRaves have?

Accepted Answer

Finishes across the collection include mesh, holographic, sequin, cut-out, and long-sleeve, so the dress styles range from sheer and sparkly to more covered.

Question 21

How do they adjust and stay put?

Accepted Answer

Most run on adjustable straps plus neck and back ties, with a lace-up or corset back so you dial in the fit yourself. A few add a side zipper for easy on-and-off (the Midnight at the Mojave maxi), or side ruching you adjust to your length (the Midnight Muse hooded dress).

Question 22

Are they see-through?

Accepted Answer

The sheer mesh, fishnet, and lace styles are semi-sheer on purpose. Most are lined where it counts — some with mesh, others with a solid fabric lining for full coverage — and several add built-in bottoms or removable cups. The sequin and fully-lined styles aren't see-through. The product page says which panels are sheer.

Question 23

What are they made of?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the style — stretchy mesh, fishnet, lace, sequin, and open-knit crochet all show up across the line. The common thread: soft, stretchy, and mesh-lined on most of them.

Question 24

Mini or maxi?

Accepted Answer

Both. You'll find short bodycon and fairy-cut minis, plus floor-grazing maxis with thigh-high slits. Same dress type, completely different vibe — check the title and photos for length.

Question 25

Do they come with sleeves?

Accepted Answer

Some do, some don't. Tons of styles include matching arm sleeves (often flared or bell-cut); others sell the sleeves separately or skip them entirely. The product page spells out exactly what's in the bag.

Question 26

How do I style one for a festival?

Accepted Answer

Let the dress lead. Add the matching sleeves if they're included, stack kandi with chrome or celestial charms, and finish with platform boots or fluffies. Maxi with a slit? That slit is your airflow on a packed dance floor.

Question 27

How do I wash it?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash cold and hang dry — skip the dryer. That protects the stretch, the mesh lining, and any sequin, lace, or holo finish.

Question 28

Why a dress instead of a two-piece set?

Accepted Answer

One piece, one finished look — the outfit is decided the moment you pull it on. A lot of these include the sleeves too, and a few dress sets add matching pieces, so it's a full head-to-toe fit straight out of the bag. Perfect for the day you want to grab one thing and go.

Question 29

How much do these run?

Accepted Answer

Roughly $7 on clearance up to about $82 at the top end — think the big layered dress sets. Most land in between.

Question 30

Will I roast in one at an outdoor fest?

Accepted Answer

The mesh and breathable-fabric styles are built for hot fields and long sets — a few are literally called breezy and lightweight. Maxis with slits keep air moving. Solid bodycon runs a little warmer, so factor that into a 90°+ afternoon.

Question 31

What festivals are these best for?

Accepted Answer

Forest and fairy fests, main-stage EDM nights, afters, and those desert-goddess Coachella moments. One style was basically made for Sherwood Forest. Anywhere you want a full look that photographs.

Question 32

Can I actually pee in a maxi at a fest?

Accepted Answer

Some do make it easy. The Raptor's Wake maxi has a built-in bottom with a snap closure made for exactly that — quick bathroom access, no wrestling the whole dress in a porta-potty on day 3. Other built-in-bottom styles like Demon Time or Midnight at the Mojave give you coverage but don't spell out a bathroom snap, so check the specific dress.

Question 33

Dress vs. bodysuit — which should I grab?

Accepted Answer

A bodysuit still needs bottoms and gives you that snatched one-piece base. A dress is the whole outfit in one — more flow, more drama, and often sleeves included. Want a head-to-toe look with nothing to match? Dress.

Question 34

Mini vs. maxi within the line?

Accepted Answer

Minis (bodycon or fairy-cut) are easier in the pit and in the heat. Maxis bring the drama — high slits, floor-length mesh, main-stage energy — and several pack built-in bottoms. Pick for your stage.

Question 35

I'm 5'10" — will a mini rave dress be long enough?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the cut — and every product page gives you the numbers. The line runs the full spread: micro-mini, mini, midi, and floor-sweeping maxi. So length is something you choose, not something you hope for. If you're taller, a midi often lands about where a mini sits on a shorter frame, and the maxi styles are cut long on purpose. The size chart lists a length measurement, and most pages note the model's height. Those two numbers tell you exactly where it'll hit.

Question 36

What sizes do these come in?

Accepted Answer

Most run XS through 3X, with plus sizes (1X–3X) built into a lot of the styles. A couple are one-size or limited to just a few sizes — check the size dropdown on the exact dress you want.
