What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Does iHeartRaves ship internationally?

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

How do I find the right size at iHeartRaves?

Most iHeartRaves product pages include a size chart with garment measurements, and many styles also show the model's measurements and the size they are wearing for comparison. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Support@iHeartRaves.com for a recommendation.

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.

How do rave jerseys fit?

Roomy and unisex — that oversized hockey-jersey drape is the look. Size down if you want it closer to the body, or go true to size for the classic baggy silhouette. The cropped football styles keep the relaxed jersey body and mesh paneling but stop at the waist, so you get the crop without losing the drape.

Why are jerseys such a rave staple?

They breathe, they layer, and they read from across the festival. The airy weave keeps you cool in packed crowds, the loose cut works over any base layer, and bold graphics make you findable when the squad scatters.

What jersey styles does iHeartRaves make?

Hockey jerseys, football jerseys, and cropped cuts — with UV-reactive prints that fire up under blacklight, rainbow and silver reflective builds for flash photography, and graphic designs from dinos to mushrooms. Solo statements or full matching crew fits.

What do I wear with a rave jersey?

Keep the bottom simple and let the jersey talk — bike shorts, fishnets, or cargo pants all work. Add chunky boots and a fanny pack and you're set. For groups, matching jerseys are the easiest coordinated look in rave fashion.

Are jerseys comfortable for a full night of dancing?

That's their superpower. The lightweight, breathable weave moves air with every step, and the relaxed fit means zero restriction from first set to last. It's the piece you forget you're wearing — in the best way.

How do I wash my jersey so the print stays bold?

Turn it inside out and hang it to dry — that protects the graphics and keeps the colors hitting as hard as the day it arrived. Machine wash cold on the standard jerseys; the reflective-print jerseys are hand wash cold and skip the dry cleaner, which keeps the reflective finish bright.
