What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Does iHeartRaves ship internationally?

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

How do I find the right size at iHeartRaves?

Most iHeartRaves product pages include a size chart with garment measurements, and many styles also show the model's measurements and the size they are wearing for comparison. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Support@iHeartRaves.com for a recommendation.

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.

What do people actually use a pashmina for at a festival?

Warmth during 2 AM sets, a dust shield over your face when the wind kicks up, sun cover for day sets, even a ground blanket between acts. Some ravers fly theirs like a flag so friends can find them in the crowd. One accessory, a dozen jobs.

What size is a rave pashmina, and do they work for guys?

Most iHeartRaves pashminas run about 28 inches wide by 80 inches long — big enough to wrap and drape, not so big it drags on the ground. A few styles run closer to 72 inches, so check the product page. And they're unisex. Same dimensions whether you're styling a women's rave outfit or a men's fit.

How do I know if a pashmina is good quality?

Run your thumb across it. A good rave pashmina feels smooth without being slippery — that balance is what keeps it draped on your shoulders through a whole set and comfortable against your neck all day in the sun. iHeartRaves fabrics are woven to stay put and stay soft across multiple festival seasons.

What pashmina print should I pick?

Psychedelic swirls and fractals lean bass-music energy; sacred geometry reads more trance and house. A black pashmina is the most versatile — it pairs with neons, pastels, and metallics alike. There are UV-reactive prints too, plus EDM artist designs if you want to rep your favorite DJ.

What's the easiest way to wear a festival pashmina?

The classic drape: toss it over both shoulders and let the ends hang in front. Dead simple, stays put while you dance, and adds movement to a bodysuit or crop top without adding bulk. From there you can tie it as a head scarf or wrap it like a shawl.

Do pashminas actually help with dust at festivals?

Yes — that's a big part of why the bass scene adopted them around 2011. Wrapped over your nose and mouth, a pashmina takes the edge off kicked-up dust at desert festivals, then goes right back to being a shawl when the wind dies down. Function first, style always.

Will a pashmina pill or wear out after a few washes?

The weave is what makes the difference, and ours is built for the long haul. A quality weave keeps its softness season after season — iHeartRaves pashminas are made to get attached to: buttery soft out of the bag, and just as soft after full festival weekends and plenty of washes.

Is a pashmina worth it if I already have a jacket?

They do different jobs, and most ravers end up carrying both. A pashmina layers over any outfit, packs down to nothing, doubles as sun cover and a place to sit, and ties a whole look together. It's the most-used item in a lot of festival bags — and it works at every festival you'll ever attend.
