What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

Accepted Answer

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

Question 2

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Question 3

Does iHeartRaves ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

Question 4

How do I find the right size at iHeartRaves?

Accepted Answer

Most iHeartRaves product pages include a size chart with garment measurements, and many styles also show the model's measurements and the size they are wearing for comparison. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Support@iHeartRaves.com for a recommendation.

Question 5

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Accepted Answer

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.

Question 6

What does a sequin/sparkle piece look like?

Accepted Answer

Densely packed sequins or rhinestones throwing light in every direction — hundreds of tiny mirrors catching strobes, lasers, and phone flashes at once. Stand still and it shimmers. Move and it explodes into light. Full disco-ball energy, whether it's a romper, a pashmina, a hat, or leg warmers.

Question 7

What events is a sequin/sparkle style best for?

Accepted Answer

Built for NYE countdowns, disco-themed nights, and VIP tables where you want to be the brightest thing in the room. Anywhere with spotlights, strobes, or an actual disco ball — the sparkle feeds off the light. Sequin or rhinestone shorts and tops do it just as well as a full dress.

Question 8

What do I pair a sparkle style with?

Accepted Answer

Lean into the shine. Metallic and chrome accessories, slicked-back hair, silver or gold kandi. Keep the rest of the look sleek and simple so the sequins do the talking — glam, not busy.

Question 9

Who is a sequin or sparkle style for?

Accepted Answer

The glam raver. The one hitting a disco set or a VIP section who wants full sparkle, not subtle — in a sequin dress, a rhinestone bodysuit, or a sparkle skirt. If your idea of a perfect night has a disco ball and a spotlight in it, this is you.

Question 10

Does a sequin/sparkle piece glow under blacklight?

Accepted Answer

No — sequins reflect light, they don't glow like neon or UV-reactive styles do. Under pure blacklight they go quiet. But hit them with a strobe, laser, or camera flash and they light up hard. They throw light back; they don't soak it up.

Question 11

Do sequins photograph well on camera?

Accepted Answer

Ridiculously well. Every flash and light source bounces off the sequins, so your shots come out lit up and full of texture — one flash and the whole piece sparkles on camera. Give it a light to play with, whether that's a strobe, a laser, or a phone flash, and it does the rest.

Question 12

How is sparkle different from a holographic style?

Accepted Answer

Holo is a smooth iridescent finish that shifts color as you move — shimmers like an oil slick. Sequin and rhinestone is texture: hundreds of separate mirrors throwing sharp flashes of light, sparkling like a disco ball. Same catch-the-light goal, totally different feel.

Question 13

How much coverage does a sparkle style give?

Accepted Answer

That comes down to the cut, not the sequins — coverage is set by the style you pick, from full to barely-there. The sparkle finish works the same either way. Check the specific style's fit and cut for exactly how much skin it shows.

Question 14

How does women's outerwear fit — is there room to move?

Accepted Answer

These are throw-over layers, cut loose to go right over your fit. Roomy through the body, oversized hoods on a couple, some floor-length drama on the coats. Nothing's skin-tight, so you've got full range to throw your hands up all set long. Statement layer, not second skin.

Question 15

How's it built — hood, collar, does it close up?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the piece. A couple come with an attached oversized hood; the Barbie Mode coat runs a plush shawl collar instead; and the Mushroom style is a standalone hood-and-sleeves set. Most just throw on over your base look — draped over your outfit as the finishing layer, not built around.

Question 16

What sizes does the outerwear come in?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the style, and the ranges are all over the map. One piece runs XS to 3X, another goes S–XL, one's just S and M, plus there's a One-Size piece and a dedicated Plus-Size cut. No single style covers the whole spread, so check the size dropdown on the one you want.

Question 17

What are these actually made of?

Accepted Answer

Runs the range. Plush faux fur on the coats and the long jacket, shimmery sequins on the Barbie Mode and Ocean Moon, soft breathable lace on the poncho, rainbow-reflective fabric on the Mushroom set, and actual multi-color LEDs on the Rainbow Bright. A couple run a warm, cozy fabric built for all-night wear.

Question 18

How do I style a piece like this?

Accepted Answer

Layer it. This is the finishing move over your base fit — throw a faux-fur coat over a bodysuit, drape the lace poncho over a bikini top, or add the hood-and-sleeve set to armor up an outfit. Keep the base simple and let the outerwear run the show.

Question 19

How do I wash rave outerwear so it stays looking new?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash cold, hang dry, skip the dryer. Cold water and air-drying keep fur fluffy, sequins bright, lace intact, and reflective finishes flashing. For the LED style, check the tag first before it goes anywhere near water.

Question 20

Why grab outerwear for a festival?

Accepted Answer

Because the desert doesn't stay warm after dark. A couple of these run a warm, cozy fabric made for all-night comfort — so when the temp drops at 2 AM you're not shivering through the headliner. And it doubles as the loudest part of your fit. Warmth and a whole look in one piece.

Question 21

Won't I roast wearing this all day?

Accepted Answer

That's the whole point of a layer — you don't. Throw it on when the sun drops and the night gets cold, peel it off when the crowd heats up. It's not a base you're stuck in; it's the piece you pull on and off as the fest swings from day heat to desert-night chill.

Question 22

Do any of these light up or glow?

Accepted Answer

Some go big. The Rainbow Bright jacket has real multi-color LEDs that shift color from every angle. The Mushroom set is rainbow-reflective, so it flashes bright the second a camera flash or stage light hits it. And the sequin coats catch and throw light all night. Built to be seen after dark.

Question 23

What festivals is this outerwear made for?

Accepted Answer

Big night sets. These are tagged and built for EDC, Beyond Wonderland, and the Electric Forest crowd — after-dark, mainstage, light-show energy. The Mushroom set even leans full forest-fairy for the tree-canopy people. Basically anywhere the lights come up and the night runs late.

Question 24

Is it easy to get on and off in a crowd?

Accepted Answer

Super easy. These throw right on over your look — the poncho and hood set drape over the top, the coats and jacket layer over your base fit. Slip it off when you're deep in the crowd, throw it back on when you step out for air or hit the porta-potty line. On, off, on again all night.

Question 25

How's this different from just wearing a rave bodysuit?

Accepted Answer

A bodysuit is your whole fit; outerwear goes over it. Think of these as the top layer — the faux-fur coat, the LED jacket, the lace poncho — that turns a solid base outfit into a head-turner and keeps you warm when the night cools off. You wear both, not one instead of the other.

Question 26

What's the difference between the styles in this collection?

Accepted Answer

Two lanes, basically. Full-on coats and long jackets — floor-length faux fur, oversized hoods, max drama and max warmth. Then the lighter layers — the sheer lace poncho and the standalone hood-and-sleeve set — that add a glowing or flirty layer without the full coat commitment. Pick your level of extra.

Question 27

What do these run price-wise?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere from about $25 to $215, depending on how much piece you're getting. Check the style's product page for its exact price.

Question 28

Is any of it see-through?

Accepted Answer

The lace poncho and the fishnet vest. The Love Letters poncho plays a sheer, barely-there tease on purpose, and the One & Only rainbow reflective fishnet vest is an open-knit layer meant to go over a tank or bra top. The faux-fur coats and the rest of the reflective set aren't sheer; they're full-coverage layers you throw on top.

Question 29

Faux fur coat or faux fur jacket — what's the difference?

Accepted Answer

Length, mostly. Coats hit mid-thigh or longer; jackets are cropped. Cropped wins on mobility — light on your shoulders and cut clear of your legs for a full night of dancing. Full-length wins on photos and that grand-entrance energy, especially at New Year's Eve events.

Question 30

Faux fur or a fuzzy sherpa jacket — which should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Faux fur is the statement layer: dense, genuinely warm for sub-50-degree nights, and it catches LEDs and lasers in a way flat fabric can't. Fuzzy and sherpa styles are lighter and pack down smaller — warm enough for a 55-degree October night and breathable enough to keep dancing in.

Question 31

What should I wear to a winter rave?

Accepted Answer

Layer it. A faux fur coat or fuzzy jacket over a bodysuit or rave top, plus something light you can tie around your waist once the bass tent heats up. The part people forget to dress for is the 3 AM walk back to the car.

Question 32

Will a faux fur rave jacket shed?

Accepted Answer

Look for dense, well-stitched faux fur with a soft lining — that build is what keeps the pile full and the jacket looking plush show after show. Ours are made that way on purpose. Give it a shake before you head out and a gentle brush now and then, and it'll look just as good at your tenth festival as your first.

Question 33

How do I layer outerwear without looking bulky?

Accepted Answer

Keep what's underneath fitted — a bodysuit or a rave top, not another thick piece. Go cropped if you're short-waisted. And when the tent warms up, tie a lightweight kimono at the waist instead of wearing it.

Question 34

What kinds of rave outerwear are in this collection?

Accepted Answer

Faux fur coats and cropped fur jackets, fuzzy and sherpa-style pullovers, teddy textures, plush half-zips, lightweight kimonos and cloaks, reflective fishnet vests, and cozy leg warmers to finish the layer. Around 30 styles at any given time.
