Question 1

What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

Accepted Answer

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

Question 2

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Question 3

Does iHeartRaves ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

Question 4

How do I find the right size at iHeartRaves?

Accepted Answer

Most iHeartRaves product pages include a size chart with garment measurements, and many styles also show the model's measurements and the size they are wearing for comparison. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Support@iHeartRaves.com for a recommendation.

Question 5

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Accepted Answer

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.

Question 6

What does a psychedelic style look like?

Accepted Answer

Bold, trippy multicolor prints — swirls, fractals, and kaleidoscopic patterns in bright, saturated color.

Question 7

What events is a psychedelic style best for?

Accepted Answer

Daytime festivals, psytrance and jam sets, and art-forward crowds where maximal color and pattern shine in the sunlight.

Question 8

What do I pair a psychedelic piece with?

Accepted Answer

Lean into color — bright kandi, colorful fluffies, and UV-reactive accessories. Let the print lead and keep the rest of the fit simple.

Question 9

Who is this style for?

Accepted Answer

The maximalist, visual-art and psytrance crowd who love bold color and want the outfit to be the trip.

Question 10

Does it work under blacklight?

Accepted Answer

The neon-based prints are UV-reactive and glow under blacklight, so those carry from day sets into night. Other psychedelic prints are built to pop in daylight. Look for UV-reactive on the product page.

Question 11

Is a psychedelic style good for photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the saturated multicolor print stands out in daylight festival shots and against fields and art installations.

Question 12

How is psychedelic different from holographic?

Accepted Answer

Psychedelic is bold printed color (trippy patterns); holographic is a reflective, color-shifting metallic finish. Colorful-and-artsy vs shiny-and-futuristic.

Question 13

How much coverage?

Accepted Answer

Varies by cut — offered in cut-out, mesh, and fuller styles; check the specific piece.

Question 14

What sizes does the outerwear come in?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the style, and the ranges are all over the map. One piece runs XS to 3X, another goes S–XL, one's just S and M, plus there's a One-Size piece and a dedicated Plus-Size cut. No single style covers the whole spread, so check the size dropdown on the one you want.

Question 15

How do I wash rave outerwear so it stays looking new?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash cold, hang dry, skip the dryer. Cold water and air-drying keep fur fluffy, sequins bright, lace intact, and reflective finishes flashing. For the LED style, check the tag first before it goes anywhere near water.

Question 16

Why grab outerwear for a festival?

Accepted Answer

Because the desert doesn't stay warm after dark. A couple of these run a warm, cozy fabric made for all-night comfort — so when the temp drops at 2 AM you're not shivering through the headliner. And it doubles as the loudest part of your fit. Warmth and a whole look in one piece.

Question 17

Won't I roast wearing this all day?

Accepted Answer

That's the whole point of a layer — you don't. Throw it on when the sun drops and the night gets cold, peel it off when the crowd heats up. It's not a base you're stuck in; it's the piece you pull on and off as the fest swings from day heat to desert-night chill.

Question 18

What festivals is this outerwear made for?

Accepted Answer

Big night sets. These are tagged and built for EDC, Beyond Wonderland, and the Electric Forest crowd — after-dark, mainstage, light-show energy. The Mushroom set even leans full forest-fairy for the tree-canopy people. Basically anywhere the lights come up and the night runs late.

Question 19

Is it easy to get on and off in a crowd?

Accepted Answer

Super easy. These throw right on over your look — the poncho and hood set drape over the top, the coats and jacket layer over your base fit. Slip it off when you're deep in the crowd, throw it back on when you step out for air or hit the porta-potty line. On, off, on again all night.

Question 20

How's this different from just wearing a rave bodysuit?

Accepted Answer

A bodysuit is your whole fit; outerwear goes over it. Think of these as the top layer — the faux-fur coat, the LED jacket, the lace poncho — that turns a solid base outfit into a head-turner and keeps you warm when the night cools off. You wear both, not one instead of the other.

Question 21

What's the difference between the styles in this collection?

Accepted Answer

Two lanes, basically. Full-on coats and long jackets — floor-length faux fur, oversized hoods, max drama and max warmth. Then the lighter layers — the sheer lace poncho and the standalone hood-and-sleeve set — that add a glowing or flirty layer without the full coat commitment. Pick your level of extra.

Question 22

What do these run price-wise?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere from about $25 to $215, depending on how much piece you're getting. Check the style's product page for its exact price.

Question 23

Is any of it see-through?

Accepted Answer

The lace poncho and the fishnet vest. The Love Letters poncho plays a sheer, barely-there tease on purpose, and the One & Only rainbow reflective fishnet vest is an open-knit layer meant to go over a tank or bra top. The faux-fur coats and the rest of the reflective set aren't sheer; they're full-coverage layers you throw on top.

Question 24

Faux fur coat or faux fur jacket — what's the difference?

Accepted Answer

Length, mostly. Coats hit mid-thigh or longer; jackets are cropped. Cropped wins on mobility — light on your shoulders and cut clear of your legs for a full night of dancing. Full-length wins on photos and that grand-entrance energy, especially at New Year's Eve events.

Question 25

Faux fur or a fuzzy sherpa jacket — which should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Faux fur is the statement layer: dense, genuinely warm for sub-50-degree nights, and it catches LEDs and lasers in a way flat fabric can't. Fuzzy and sherpa styles are lighter and pack down smaller — warm enough for a 55-degree October night and breathable enough to keep dancing in.

Question 26

What should I wear to a winter rave?

Accepted Answer

Layer it. A faux fur coat or fuzzy jacket over a bodysuit or rave top, plus something light you can tie around your waist once the bass tent heats up. The part people forget to dress for is the 3 AM walk back to the car.

Question 27

Will a faux fur rave jacket shed?

Accepted Answer

Look for dense, well-stitched faux fur with a soft lining — that build is what keeps the pile full and the jacket looking plush show after show. Ours are made that way on purpose. Give it a shake before you head out and a gentle brush now and then, and it'll look just as good at your tenth festival as your first.

Question 28

How do I layer outerwear without looking bulky?

Accepted Answer

Keep what's underneath fitted — a bodysuit or a rave top, not another thick piece. Go cropped if you're short-waisted. And when the tent warms up, tie a lightweight kimono at the waist instead of wearing it.

Question 29

What kinds of rave outerwear are in this collection?

Accepted Answer

Faux fur coats and cropped fur jackets, fuzzy and sherpa-style pullovers, teddy textures, plush half-zips, lightweight kimonos and cloaks, reflective fishnet vests, and cozy leg warmers to finish the layer. Around 30 styles at any given time.
