What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Does iHeartRaves ship internationally?

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

How do I find the right size at iHeartRaves?

Most iHeartRaves product pages include a size chart with garment measurements, and many styles also show the model's measurements and the size they are wearing for comparison. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Support@iHeartRaves.com for a recommendation.

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.

Why do I need a hydration pack at a festival?

Because the best sets happen deep in the crowd, far from the water stations. A hydration pack keeps hands free for fans, totems, and rail grips while you sip from the tube — you stay out longer, feel better, and catch every drop.

What festival bags does iHeartRaves carry?

Anti-theft hydration packs in holographic, reflective, and clear stadium-friendly builds, mini packs for lighter carries, tactical harness bags, and replacement water bladders. There's a carry style for every fit and every venue rule.

Should I get a full-size or mini hydration pack?

Full-size packs carry more water plus your essentials — ideal for all-day festivals. Minis keep the profile sleek and light for club nights and shorter sets. If you rave often, the two-pack rotation is the move.

What makes an anti-theft pack worth it?

Peace of mind is the whole festival unlocked. Hidden zipper placement keeps your phone, cards, and keys secured behind your back where only you can reach them — so you dance without a second thought and your stuff rides home with you.

How do I clean my hydration bladder?

Rinse it with warm water and a drop of mild soap after each festival, swish, and hang it to air-dry with the cap off. A couple of minutes of care keeps every sip tasting fresh, event after event.

Clear, holographic, or reflective — which pack should I pick?

Clear packs breeze through stadium bag checks and show off your kandi collection — on some, like No Filter Pls, it's a clear front panel with a lined interior pocket, so your stuff stays put and out of view. Holo packs shift colors in daylight and glow in photos. Reflective packs light up the moment flash or stage beams hit. Pick by venue first, vibe second.
