A rave top is the piece that decides the whole outfit. Bottoms disappear under a pashmina, shoes vanish in the crowd, but the top is in the photo. It also has the hardest job of anything you pack: breathe at 3 p.m., catch the lasers at midnight, survive being jumped in for 6 hours. So which brands earn the money? We scanned 8 stores that sell women's rave tops on September 24, 2026, pulling live listing counts, in-stock rates, median regular prices, size runs and review scores. Then we ranked them on how a top really gets worn at a festival, from fishnet and mesh layers to crops, long sleeves and the black rave top that goes with the whole wardrobe. This guide is one spoke of our wider look at the best rave clothing brands, and it stays on tops. Bodysuits, jerseys and hoodies have their own pages.

Here is how we weighted it, and why.

Festival design and finish range (30%). A rave top has to read festival from thirty feet. We counted how many finish families each catalog carries, out of 9: mesh, fishnet, sequin, holographic, rhinestone, UV-reactive, corset, halter and long-sleeve. Two catalogs carry all 9. Then we looked at what is distinctive inside them, reflective panels that flash in photos, limited-edition drops, prints built for blacklight, and how much of the shelf is a plain printed tee.

Fit, sizing and plus parity (25%). Size runs matter, and so does parity: do the plus sizes get the same prints as the straight sizes, or a separate rack of basics? We read the size options on the listings themselves. One catalog runs XXS to 5XL. One offers a numbered 1X to 3X run on 64 of its 88 tops. Most stop at 2XL or 3XL, and two lean hard on one-size stretch pieces, which is fine for a mesh layer and useless for a structured bra top.

Trust and reviews (20%). Score next to count, every time. A 4.6 from 257 reviews and a 2.8 from 3 are different signals, and a 4.2 from 587 is a third kind. We used Trustpilot where a profile exists, said so where it does not, and read on-site product reviews for what the tops are actually like to wear. Service complaints were noted, not quoted.

Selection in stock (15%). Listing counts flatter. One catalog here lists 338 tops and had 233 orderable on scan day. Another lists 88 and had 86. So we scored the in-stock rate first and the raw count second, because a sold-out page is not a selection.

Value and shipping (10%). Value, not sticker price. Each brand gets a tier from its median regular price, with the cutpoints placed in the real gaps of this year's spread. Then we asked what the tier buys, and checked free-shipping thresholds and dispatch speed, because the festival is Saturday.

The brands, reviewed

1. iHeartRaves

iHeartRaves takes the top spot on range and parity rather than raw volume, and we will say so: at 88 tops it is the second-smallest catalog here. Those 88 cover all 9 finish families. They carry a numbered 1X to 3X run on 64 of 88, the same prints in plus that the straight sizes get. Halter cuts sit on 48 of 88, the biggest halter share in this comparison. 15 listings are top-and-sleeves sets, like the Welcome to Trippyland Halter Top with Sleeves, a format none of the other 7 catalogs sells. And 86 of the 88 were orderable on scan day. Browse the full rave tops and bras collection.

  • Festival design and finish range: all 9 finish families present. Halter cuts on 48 of 88. Reflective panels on 9 pieces, and 22 of 88 are tagged limited edition.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: XS to 3XL, with a numbered 1X to 3X run on 64 of 88, so plus buyers get the same prints. Plus 15 top-and-sleeves sets for cold nights.
  • Trust and reviews: 4.6 on Trustpilot across 257 reviews, the highest score of the 8 brands compared, plus 60,000+ on-site reviews as of September 2026.
  • Selection in stock: 88 listed and 86 in stock, a 98% rate. A smaller shelf with almost nothing sold out.
  • Value and shipping: $$$ on the tier scale, upper-mid, not the cheap pick. Free US shipping over $80, and weekday orders before noon PT usually ship the same day from Southern California.

Summary of online reviews. Fit and comfort dominate. Erin H., on a reflective clasp top that 20 buyers have rated a straight 5.0: "have never gotten so many compliments on an outfit. super comfy and so cool. did size up to M." Mackenzie C., on an ultra crop top: "I love the quality of this and how light it is. I can't wait to wear for EDC!"

2. Devil Walking

Devil Walking is the volume play done well. 405 tops listed, 404 orderable on scan day, which is as close to fully stocked as a catalog gets. UV-reactive shows on 213 of 405, so more than half the shelf reacts under UV light. Crop cuts run through 331 of 405. Select velvet heart-ring halters and corset tops give it a look of its own. The catch is sizing: the run stops at 2XL, with no plus line. Mesh is a smaller slice, 78 of 405, so the layering crowd will shop elsewhere. Trustpilot rates it 4.2 across 163 reviews, and the reviews keep landing on the same word, stretchy.

  • Festival design and finish range: UV-reactive on 213 of 405. Velvet, heart-ring and corset details on select pieces.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: XS to 2XL, no plus run. Stretch fabric is called out on 95 of 405.
  • Trust and reviews: 4.2 on Trustpilot from 163 reviews, profile claimed.
  • Selection in stock: 405 listed, 404 in stock, a 100% rate on scan day.
  • Value and shipping: $$ tier, the lowest median inside the mid band.

Summary of online reviews. Fabric first. Toso, June 2026: "The material is light and stretchy but never see through unless intended. Washes very well." Holly W, February 2026: "It is almost like a swimwear material but so much better. It is super stretchy and light, perfect for ravers."

3. Badinka

Badinka is the mesh house. Mesh is on 161 of its 202 tops, by far the biggest mesh share of any catalog here, and it builds on that with cut-outs, vinyl and, on select pieces, two-sided prints. Long-sleeve pieces are a real category too, on 55 of 202. Sizes run XS to 3XL, and reviewers keep saying the cut is tight, so size up between sizes. Trust is solid at 4.0 on Trustpilot across 468 reviews, the second-largest count in this set. Stock is the soft spot: 179 of 202 were orderable, an 89% rate, so expect the odd sold-out favorite.

  • Festival design and finish range: mesh on 161 of 202. Cut-out, vinyl and two-sided pieces round it out on select styles.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: XS to 3XL, no plus run. Long-sleeve on 55 of 202. Reviewers advise sizing up.
  • Trust and reviews: 4.0 on Trustpilot from 468 reviews, claimed.
  • Selection in stock: 202 listed, 179 in stock, 89%.
  • Value and shipping: $$ tier, mid band.

Summary of online reviews. The mesh gets the love. Christine Marie, August 2026: "I particularly love the mesh material most of the stuff is made of. It's somehow bodycon and forgiving." Marianne robson, August 2026: "Felt incredible in my Badinka outfit and quality was perfect! Tight fitting so size up if you're between sizes."

4. iEDM

iEDM sells rave tops the way a print shop would. 449 of 462 are sublimation prints. Most are crop tees and tanks, and the whole 462 were orderable on scan day. The artwork is the point, all-over graphics that reviewers say match the product photos. UV-reactive shows on 147 of 462. What it does not do is the bra-top and mesh end of the category, with mesh on just 1 of 462. Sizes run XS to 3XL with no plus line. Trust is strong at 4.2 on Trustpilot from 587 reviews, the largest count here. At $$$ it sits in the same tier as the leader.

  • Festival design and finish range: sublimation prints on 449 of 462, all-over graphics rather than trims.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: XS to 3XL, no plus run. Crop cuts on 389 of 462.
  • Trust and reviews: 4.2 on Trustpilot from 587 reviews, claimed.
  • Selection in stock: 462 listed, 462 in stock, 100%.
  • Value and shipping: $$$ tier, upper-mid, level with iHeartRaves.

Summary of online reviews. Print quality is the refrain. Cheryl Wittmann, September 2026: "Every shirt I've ever bought from here has been good quality and comfortable! The graphics are vibrant and I get compliments on my T-shirt's all the time." John, September 2026: "The quality of the product was great and the print was upto par with the website's picture the material was completely comfortable"

5. One Stop Rave

One Stop Rave wins on size range and loses on trust, and both halves deserve spelling out. The run goes XXS to 5XL, the widest in this comparison, and it is built into the products rather than bolted on. Four-way stretch is called out on 60 of 183. Recycled fabric on 60 of 183 too. Stock is excellent, 181 of 183 orderable. But the Trustpilot profile is unclaimed, 2.8 from 3 reviews, and all 3 describe orders that never arrived. On-site product reviews are warmer and thinner. It is a catalog we would buy from with the tracking page open.

  • Festival design and finish range: tees, lifted tops and some crop tops; recycled fabric on 60 of 183.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: XXS to 5XL, the widest run here. Four-way stretch on 60 of 183.
  • Trust and reviews: 2.8 on Trustpilot from 3 reviews, unclaimed; on-site product reviews exist but are few.
  • Selection in stock: 183 listed, 181 in stock, 99%.
  • Value and shipping: $$ tier, lower half of the mid band.

Summary of online reviews. Trustpilot holds 3 reviews, all 1 star and all about orders that did not arrive, so we read the on-site product reviews instead. Savannah D., on a padded top: "Fit well - soft material- and the tag is seamless". Chelsea P., June 2025, same top: "Super cute and soft".

6. Rave Wonderland

Rave Wonderland has the range and not the reliability. It is one of 2 catalogs here with all 9 finish families, and it goes deep on black: 136 of 338. Sequin on 45 of 338. Fishnet on 30 of 338. But 77 of 338 list a single size, and 233 of 338 were orderable on scan day, a 69% rate, so a third of what you browse is not buyable. Trustpilot shows 2.5 from 5 reviews, and 3 of the 5 are about the return policy rather than the clothes. The 2 five-star reviews praise fit and quality, and both date from 2021.

  • Festival design and finish range: all 9 finish families; black on 136 of 338.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: XS to 3XL, no plus run; 77 of 338 are one-size stretch pieces.
  • Trust and reviews: 2.5 on Trustpilot from 5 reviews, claimed; no on-site reviews visible.
  • Selection in stock: 338 listed, 233 in stock, 69%.
  • Value and shipping: $$ tier, upper half of the mid band.

Summary of online reviews. Thin and dated. Elisabeth Rantala, April 2021: "The clothing I bought is super cute and fits me well." Louisa, June 2021: "There EDM/Rave gear is unique and fabulous - I get compliments all the time." The 3 more recent reviews are 1 and 3 stars and concern returns and store credit, not the tops.

7. RaveFix

RaveFix is the budget shelf, and it knows it. Its median regular price lands in the $ tier, the only catalog here that does, and free shipping kicks in over $100. The 302 listed lean costume. Sequin on 73 of 302, fishnet on 40 of 302. Glow finishes on 47 of 302. Sizing is the narrowest of the set, S to 2XL, with 70 of 302 sold as one-size. Stock was 220 of 302, a 73% rate. And trust is the problem: an unclaimed Trustpilot profile at 2.2 from 12 reviews, most of them about service and refunds rather than the clothes. Read the size chart twice.

  • Festival design and finish range: sequin on 73 of 302; fishnet on 40 of 302; costume-leaning.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: S to 2XL; 70 of 302 are one-size.
  • Trust and reviews: 2.2 on Trustpilot from 12 reviews, unclaimed.
  • Selection in stock: 302 listed, 220 in stock, 73%.
  • Value and shipping: $ tier, the cheapest median in the set; free shipping over $100.

Summary of online reviews. 12 reviews, and they split hard. MJ A, February 2026, 1 star: "No liners in the bikinis. Looks nothing like pictures." Most of the rest are about refunds and unanswered emails, and the few warm ones praise the service more than the clothes.

8. Feelin' Peachy

Feelin' Peachy is here because it ranks for the search, not because it competes on volume. It had 5 women's tops on the shelf on scan day and 2 were in stock. Each is handcrafted, boho rather than rave-core, with velvet, beaded coin and tie-front details, and the shop states a processing window of 3 to 27 business days, so this is a pre-festival order, not a Thursday one. Sizes run XS to 3XL. Its median regular price is the highest here, which puts it alone in the $$$$ tier. There is no Trustpilot profile and we could not find on-site reviews, so trust is unscored rather than low.

  • Festival design and finish range: handcrafted boho pieces with velvet, beaded coin and tie details.
  • Fit, sizing and plus parity: XS to 3XL on a 5-top catalog; no plus run.
  • Trust and reviews: no Trustpilot profile; no on-site reviews found.
  • Selection in stock: 5 listed, 2 in stock, 40%.
  • Value and shipping: $$$$ tier; made to order, 3 to 27 business days before it ships.

Summary of online reviews. We could not verify 2 reviews for Feelin' Peachy. The shop has no Trustpilot profile and no visible on-site review widget, so we are not quoting anyone. Judge it on the product pages.

Best rave tops for specific needs

Best fishnet tops and mesh rave tops

The layer that makes an outfit read rave. A fishnet top over a bra top, mesh under a harness, or on its own with pasties.

Rank Brand Why it makes the cut
1 iHeartRaves Mesh on 26 of 88 and fishnet on 9 of 88, backed by 86 of 88 in stock and the top Trustpilot score in this table.
2 Badinka Mesh on 161 of 202, the deepest mesh line here by count and share; long-sleeve pieces on 55 of 202.
3 Rave Wonderland Fishnet on 30 of 338 and mesh on 74 of 338; check the stock badge, 233 of 338 were orderable.
4 RaveFix Fishnet on 40 of 302, the most fishnet by count in the set, at a $ price; sizing stops at 2XL.

Why iHeartRaves wins it: not on count. Badinka lists 161 mesh tops to iHeartRaves' 26, and RaveFix lists 40 fishnet pieces to 9. iHeartRaves wins on what surrounds the layer: 23 of its 26 mesh tops and 8 of its 9 fishnet tops carry the 1X to 3X run, 86 of 88 are in stock, and its 4.6 Trustpilot score sits against 4.0, 2.5 and 2.2.

Best rave crop tops

The default rave top. Short, cool, and built to show the bottoms.

Rank Brand Why it makes the cut
1 iHeartRaves Crop cuts on 47 of 88, including the 15 top-and-sleeves sets; the 1X to 3X run sits on 64 of 88.
2 iEDM Crop cuts on 389 of 462, the most by count in the set, in all-over sublimation graphics.
3 Devil Walking Crop cuts on 331 of 405, with UV-reactive on 213 of 405 and 404 of 405 in stock.
4 Badinka Crop cuts on 92 of 202; mesh on 161 of 202.

Why iHeartRaves wins it: again, not on volume. iEDM lists 389 crops and Devil Walking 331 against 47. It wins on parity and finish: 39 of its 47 crop tops carry the numbered 1X to 3X run, none of the other 3 catalogs offers one, and the crops span mesh, halter, reflective and sequin finishes rather than one print method.

Best long-sleeve rave tops for layering

Night falls, the desert drops 30 degrees, and the crop top needs backup.

Rank Brand Why it makes the cut
1 Devil Walking Long-sleeve on 72 of 405, the most by count in this comparison; stretch fabric on 95 of 405 and 404 of 405 in stock.
2 Badinka Long-sleeve on 55 of 202, a 27% share, the highest share here; runs to 3XL and reviewers say size up.
3 Rave Wonderland Long-sleeve on 41 of 338; 233 of 338 in stock, so check availability first.
4 RaveFix Long-sleeve on 9 of 302 at the cheapest median in the set; sizing stops at 2XL and 70 of 302 are one-size.

Where iHeartRaves lands: 9 long-sleeve tops of 88, so it does not make this table on count. What it has instead is the format nobody else sells: 15 top-and-sleeves sets, a top bought with its own matching sleeves, against 0 at all 7 other catalogs. If you want a long-sleeve top, buy from the three above. If you want the sleeves to match the top, that is the shelf.

Best black rave tops

The black rave top goes with the whole festival wardrobe, and it is the one most likely to be sold out.

Rank Brand Why it makes the cut
1 iHeartRaves Black on 31 of 88, a 35% share, with the 1X to 3X run on 64 of 88 and 86 of 88 in stock.
2 Rave Wonderland Black on 136 of 338, the most by count and a 40% share, the highest share of these 4; 233 of 338 in stock.
3 Devil Walking Black on 101 of 405, a 25% share; 404 of 405 in stock and UV-reactive on 213 of 405.
4 iEDM Black on 100 of 462, a 22% share; sublimation prints on 449 of 462, all 462 in stock.

Why iHeartRaves wins it: Rave Wonderland has more black tops, 136 to 31, and a higher share, 40% to 35%. iHeartRaves takes the table on stock and trust: 86 of 88 orderable against 233 of 338, 4.6 on Trustpilot against 2.5, and 29 of its 31 black tops carry the 1X to 3X run.

A few more names worth knowing

Dolls Kill sells a huge clubwear range, but it is a marketplace of dozens of labels rather than a rave brand, so it is not a like-for-like comparison and we left it out. Freedom Rave Wear and Rave Bae Couture both block catalog scans, so we could not verify their counts and did not rank them. The fast-fashion giants carry mesh and sequin crops every season; the tops are cheap and the prints are not built for blacklight. Etsy is the place for a one-off handcrafted halter if you have 3 weeks to spare.

A note on pricing and sizing

Rave top pricing spreads wider than pashminas did. Median regular prices run from $30 at the bottom of this set to $58 at the top, and 4 of the 8 catalogs land between $37 and $45. iHeartRaves and iEDM tie at $49.95, which is the $$$ tier; neither is the cheap pick, and we have not pretended otherwise. On sizing, read the letters and the numbers. A 3XL and a 3X are not the same garment: the numbered run is graded for plus proportions, not scaled up from a medium, and only one catalog here offers it. Two catalogs sell a large share of their tops as one-size stretch, which works for a mesh layer and fails for a structured bra top. Check the size chart on the product page, not the collection filter. For the outfit underneath, our best women's rave outfits ranking goes deeper, and the rave pashmina rankings cover the layer over the top.

Frequently asked questions

What is a rave top?

A rave top is any top cut and finished for festival wear: crop tops, bra tops, halters, mesh and fishnet layers, corset tops and top-and-sleeves sets. The finishes do the work, UV-reactive prints, reflective panels, sequins, holographic fabric, so the top reads under stage lighting and in photos. Most are stretch synthetics, because they have to survive 8 hours of dancing and then a wash.

Are rave shirts and rave tops the same thing?

Mostly. Rave shirts usually means printed tees and tanks, the all-over graphic style. Rave tops covers the whole category, including bra tops, halters, mesh and fishnet. If you want coverage and a big print, search rave shirts. If you want a festival-cut piece to style with a harness or a pashmina, rave tops is the wider net.

What do you wear under a fishnet top?

A bra top, a bikini top or pasties, depending on the venue's rules and how much coverage you want. Fishnet and mesh are layers, not standalone tops, so plan the piece underneath first and let the net add texture. Black net over a bright bra top is the classic combination. A matching-print set is the other route.

How do I pick a black rave top that photographs well?

Look for a finish, not a flat fabric. Black mesh, black sequin and black with reflective or UV-reactive trim all catch light. A plain black cotton crop disappears in night photos. Check the fabric line on the product page, then look at how the piece is styled in buyer photos rather than studio shots.

How much do rave tops cost?

Regular prices in this comparison ran from about $30 to about $58 at the median, with most brands between $37 and $50 per top. Sale prices drop well under that, sometimes under $10, so the sticker on the day matters less than the tier. Mesh layers sit at the low end. Reflective pieces, sequin tops and top-and-sleeves sets sit at the high end.

What size should I order in a rave top?

Read the brand's own size chart and the reviews for that exact piece, because rave cuts run small and tight by design. Reviewers across several stores in this comparison say to size up when between sizes. If you wear plus sizes, look for a numbered 1X to 3X run rather than a 3XL. The numbered run is graded for plus proportions instead of scaled from a medium.
