What is iHeartRaves' return policy?

iHeartRaves accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit that never expires. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after they arrive, and store credit is typically issued within 24 hours once processing is complete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items cannot be returned. If the return is not due to an iHeartRaves error, the $7.99 prepaid return label is deducted from the store credit.

How long does iHeartRaves shipping take?

Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day; otherwise orders ship within 0–3 business days. U.S. shipping options are Standard at $7 (3–5 business days), Expedited at $15 (2–3 business days), and Overnight at $30 (1 business day).

Yes. iHeartRaves ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates and delivery times vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

What happens if my iHeartRaves package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you add Green Package Protection at checkout, iHeartRaves will replace any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement and require a claim filed directly with the carrier.
