There’s so much room to experiment with colors when it comes to neon outfits, and it leaves a lot of room for self-expression when you’re choosing your outfits for music festivals. Not sure how to style neon outfits and looking for some inspiration? Look no further! Here are some ideas on how to style neon outfits from iHeartRaves that will be turning heads at your next music festival!

A couple of my favorite additions to my festival makeup looks definitely have to be face jewels and chunky glitter! You can never go wrong with some decorative sparkly face jewels, or even a bright and dazzling glitter all over. In honor of Festival Season officially starting, I created two separate festival makeup looks using these accessories that can help elevate your rave look!

The first look is a simpler, warm smokey eye with gold chunky glitter, while the second is an elaborate rainbow cut crease with rainbow heart face jewels. Watch my tutorial to learn more!

LiB is filled with lots of art. There’s Big Art which is all the giant sculptures and interactive pieces of art around the festival. There’s the Live Painting which is over 50 amazing artists creating beautiful pieces around the festival all weekend long, and then there’s the ArtClave, in its second year which offers an experiential art environment for attendees to participate on their own.

One of my favorite places at Lightning in a Bottle is the Learning Kitchen. This is always a good place to go and escape the heat, while learning (and eating) about delicious food. There’s a full list of classes, so this is another experiential part of LiB that I suggest reading up on beforehand so that you can add them to your app schedule!

There are a lot of gorgeous photos out there of girls with their hair styled perfectly at festivals, but not all of us have the budget to hire someone or have super talented friends in our repertoire to do it for us. That’s why I decided to try and see if I can take on braids, one of this year’s biggest festival hair styles, and create this DIY for this festival hair trend.
