Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Place your order before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri) and we'll do our best to ship it the same day. If it's placed later, no worries, it'll ship within 0–3 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
U.S. Shipping
- Standard: $7 (3–5 business days)
- Expedited: $15 (2–3 business days)
- Overnight: $30 (1 business day)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. For full rates and delivery times by country, visit our help article. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We offer Green Package Protection at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you added Green Package Protection, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement, and you'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
