When can I pick up my order? arrow

Pick up schedule:

Where do I pick up my order? arrow

In store pick up will be located at the back of the Lux Rave Store. when you arrive - there will be signage or a staff member to help point you in the right direction. you will need to show your order confirmation and photo ID.

What if I wasn't able to pick up my order? arrow

If you are not able to pick up your order, your order will be refunded the week after EDC and you will be charged additional re-stocking fees.
