Returning with iHeartRaves is a breeze!
General Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to return items for store credit, which doesn't expire.
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your items.
- If the return is not our fault (e.g., you changed your mind), the cost of the prepaid shipping label ($7.99) will be deducted from your store credit.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to new orders.
- U.S. orders: You'll receive a prepaid USPS shipping label (if the return is due to an error on our part).
- International orders: For issues like receiving a wrong item, we'll cover shipping costs via store credit for Standard Mail only (no prepaid labels available).
- Store credit is typically issued within 24 hours of return processing and may be received via email instantly once complete.

Conditions
- Store credit cannot be used to honor previous sale prices or expired discounts.
- If a return is postmarked after 30 days, it will be returned to you at your cost.
- Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
- Certain items cannot be returned (hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items).
